Terms of Service

Acceptance

These terms govern the use of Takeline, operated by NZK TECNOLOGIA LTDA ("NZK", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Takeline for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

The service

Takeline edits short videos with AI: you upload a video, it transcribes the speech, cuts pauses and mistakes, adds captions, zoom and music, and you download the result ready to post. It also generates scripts and keeps your media and your brand profile.

Some features shown on the website, such as posting and scheduling to social networks on your behalf, analytics and the WhatsApp assistant, are still being built and apply once they launch. Until then, you post the videos to your networks yourself.

Account and workspace

You sign in with a link sent by email or with Google or Apple. Keep your email secure: whoever controls it controls the account. You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspace, including the actions of the people you invite.

The details you provide must be true. Tell us at once at contato@takeline.com.br if you suspect misuse.

Your content

The videos, images, scripts and texts you upload or generate remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and deliver them to you while you use the service. We do not use your content to train AI models and we never publish it anywhere.

You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload: the image and voice of the people who appear, music, brands and texts. You are responsible for what you post to social networks, and any rule check Takeline makes is not legal advice.

AI features

Transcripts, cuts, captions and scripts are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review the result before posting. How we handle your data in these features is in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Takeline to:

• upload illegal content, child sexual abuse material, hate, graphic violence or harassment;
• infringe other people's copyright, image or trademark rights;
• deceive people, such as with deepfakes or scams;
• try to reach other workspaces' data, overload the service or get around limits and charges.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, telling you when we can.

Credits, plans and payment

Editing and generating use credits. A new account gets welcome credits, with no card. Plans and packs, with their prices, are on the website and in the app.

• Plan credits renew every cycle, and unused ones do not carry over.
• Credits bought in a pack do not expire while the account exists.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, by card or Pix. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we retry for a few days and email you before the subscription ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, in the app. The plan runs until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. Cancelling deletes none of your content.

For an online purchase, you may withdraw within 7 days and get your money back, as Brazil's Consumer Protection Code provides (art. 49). Ask at contato@takeline.com.br.

Suspension and deletion

You may ask us to delete your account at any time at contato@takeline.com.br; what happens to the data is in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

Availability

We work to keep Takeline running and your files safe, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by failures, ours or our providers'. Keep a copy of the videos that matter to you.

Intellectual property

Takeline, its brand, software and design belong to NZK. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy or resell it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes, with a new date at the top. Significant changes are announced by email or in the app before they apply; using Takeline after that means you accept them.
