Delete your account

In the app

In the Takeline iPhone app, open Profile › Delete account, review what will be deleted and confirm by typing EXCLUIR. The account is signed out of the app and of every device at once.

Without the app

Don't have the app anymore? Write to contato@takeline.com.br from your account's e-mail address, with the subject "Delete account". To protect you, we reply asking you to confirm before deleting anything.

We answer within 15 days and finish the deletion within 30 days of your confirmation.

What we delete

• Your account, profile and brand (name, description, colour and logo).
• Your scripts and all their versions.
• The videos, recordings, images and documents in your library, with the copies, thumbnails and transcripts we made of them.
• Edited videos and scheduled posts, which are cancelled before they go out.
• Connections to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube: we revoke the access you gave us.
• Any credits left, which are not refundable.

What we keep, and for how long

• Payments and invoices: for as long as tax law requires.
• Access logs (date, time and IP address): for 6 months, as Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet requires.
• Aggregate usage numbers that don't identify you.

None of it is used for anything else, and all of it is deleted when the period ends.

Subscriptions

A subscription paid on the website, through Stripe, is cancelled with the account, with no further charges.

A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google, and deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your device's settings before deleting.

Videos already published

What was already published on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube stays there, because it is in your account on those networks. To remove it, delete it on each network.
